Security today is the utmost important aim and to tackle this well trained personnel are required and one such training centre is set up in Belgundi about 15 kms from Belgaum by IndianEye Security which trains and makes well trained guards . The objective of IndianEye Security is to provide a state of the art Training to our Police forces, Industry and individuals. They have tie ups with Global Players to bring the latest in Technology and Training. Through their partners DCI they have tie up with one of the World’s foremost Police Counter Terrorist force – GIGN, to provide instructors, and certification if required, also provide customized training to meet client Security needs.

The facility in Belgundi is spread over 200-acre and is spearheaded by Harry Dhaul, director general, Security Watch India (SWI). The high end training center has a shooting range, rappelling tower, room intervention facilities, live tactical combat simulator, unarmed combat pit, battle obstacle course along with lecture halls. They have some great team like Brig.Subodh Kaul VSM (Retd), Colonel M M Shukla (Retd), Major Parakram Singh, Ishan Mishra along with mentor Maroof Raza and others.
But, these guards trained here won’t come cheap. They would have to be paid perhaps upto Rs 1 lakh a month! That’s what one may have to pay for a well-polished and well-rounded and educated security personnel.
The academy is set-up to train industrial security personnel in special skills using the latest equipment, communications & training modules. Their goal is to create a state of the art Training Academy for our Police forces. It will offer specialized training in Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) using the latest equipment and knowhow from leading SWAT teams in the world. The courses are dully certified and are specifically designed to meet the specific needs of the Indian State Polices and Paramilitary forces.
Indianeye has been set up to assist with the objective of assisting the challenges being faced by government departments, companies, and individuals in the current global and national security environment. Their tie-ups and collaboration with overseas companies bring together over three decades of in-depth and vast experiences in the field of security across a wide spectrum of activities. The team includes consultants and experts with vast experience, who have had founding roles in the National Security Guard of India and the National Security Council of the Government of India as well as trainers recognized for their role in training Black Cat Commando’s who participated in 26/11 Mumbai operations.
Indianeye Security is a platform that aims to assist in combating the challenges of current and future national and regional security threats. Their objectives are to provide strategic and tactical security services for corporates, government institutions and individuals, covering a wide spectrum of security services and solutions.
These guards can do evasive driving and take VVIPs to safety, double up as half-doctors, can shoot, fire-fight and a lot more. Companies should be ready to hire them at monthly salaries nudging six digits.Trained in a tie-up with UK’s Amaratus Risks, these officers are far better than the 80 lakh private guards that the country has today; the well-trained guards are exposed to how a VVIP, HNI (high networth individual) or corporate honcho lives, and learn social graces and communication skills. The Maharashtra Government plans to send 500 of its police and other candidates to go through the IndianEye rigors there.

Belgaum is all set to be the military/Security training hub with the MLIRC, Airforce(Sambra), ITBP (Hallbhvai), Anti Terror squad in Khanapur and this one in Belgundi.
