Indias wonder boy and Aquatic star Master Moin Junnedi (Age 15 Years) of Swimmers Club Belgaum and Aquarius Swim Club Belgaum has been honoured recently for his success at the IWAS World Junior Games 2013 held at Puerto Rico, South America. He has been honoured with special award and a Gold Medal at the auspicious hands of the President of the Iwas World Junior Games 2013. ‎ Hoisting of the Nation’s flag ‎and playing of the National Anthem at an international event is a dream moment of every athlete, and Moin has made it possible for his nation, his parents for his coach’s and for himself. He was honoured with a standing ovation from his fellow Swimmers, the organisers and the spectators after completing his 50 mtrs Free Style Race
.
The first lady of the nation amongst the dignitaries who also came forward to encourage Moin during the Opening Ceremony of the Games.
The organizers and participants from various countries appreciated the daring attempt made by Moin despite of having couple of fractures which he developed during transit from Mumbai to Puerto Rico while changing 3 Flights in 32 hours. (i.e. Mumbai-London, London-New York, New York-Puerto Rico and later 3 hours of Road journey to reach to the Hotel). Huge number of people took Autograph & photograph with Moin. He was also been interviewed by the organizers of IWAS .
