What is the use of Multiplex if they show same movie in all 2or 3 screens instead of showing The Hobbit or any other new releases. Now hardly 6 to 7 theatres in belgaum.No new multiplexes also.
It’s very unfotunate that Companies like CINEMAX and PVR refused to enter Belgaum Market.
PVR has opened it’s shop in a small place like LATUR ,Why not Belgaum and Hubli?
Hubli is getting Cinepolis in few months and old theatres are being renovated to convert into multiplex. But in belgaum nothing much is happening after INOX. Really no fast progress happening in retail market for Belgaum.

gulbarga is getting almost 8to9 malls including multiplexes and its population is less than belgaum hubli also geting more than 5 malls what happened to belgaum why its too behind with these citys

Sorry Population of Gulbarga is more than belgaum… its fourth largest city in Karnataka in terms of population after Bangalore, Mysore, HD…pls check this link

Yes i agree all tier-2 cities except Belgaum are getting many malls and retail outlets are also coming for them. Not sure why Belgaum is slow progressing in all.I think Hubli got KFC as well now, even after having less number of colleges and youth crowd.
belgaum not have even quarter of these cities having , I think we just lost our hopes also…

Gulbarga got a new Multiplex It is a three-screen multiplex by “Mukta Cinemas” The multiplex facility has three screens with a 3D Digital Cinima and exclusive food beverages.
And we are still waiting ??
Yes as far as malls and multiplexes concerned, Belgaum is far behind. It does not even have any car showrooms like Honda, Skoda, Nissan, Mahindra when Mangalore got Benz, BMW and Mitsubushi as well which is having same popoulation as Belgaum. People have to rely on other cities to buy even Honda, Nissan and Skoda cars like Hubli, Kolhapur or Goa.

Yes All Mahindra vehicles also ppl get from Hubli. Its bad that even after 2nd largest city, we need to go n buy from other cities.
