ACB raid details held on 24 November

68 teams comprising 503 officials and staff of various Police Stations of ACB carried out search operations at 68 locations belonging to 15 Government employees on 24.11.2021.

Details of the ACB raids in Belagavi Dist

Sadashiva Raiappa Maralingananavar, Senior Motor Inspector, Gokak, Belagavi District.

The investigation against the accused has revealed Rs. 3,05,05,574 worth of gold ornaments, Cash, Vehicles, Sites, Buildings, home appliances, Land, Bank Deposits etc. When compared to the known sources of income of the accused, illegal assets in excess of, 190.81% have been found. The investigation has to be made after getting an explanation from the accused.

Adavi Siddheshwar Kareppa Masti, Development Officer, Cooperative Department, Rayabag Taluk, Belagavi District.

The investigation against the accused has revealed Rs. 1,74,74,410 worth of gold ornaments, Cash, Vehicles, Sites, Buildings, home appliances, Land, Bank Deposits etc. When compared to the known sources of income of the accused, illegal assets in excess of, 191.91% have been found. The investigation has to be made after getting an explanation from the accused.

The investigation against the accused has revealed Rs. 2,20,69,587 worth of gold ornaments, Cash, Vehicles, Sites, Buildings, home appliances, Land, Bank Deposits etc. When compared to the known sources of income of the accused, illegal assets in excess of, 141.30% have been found. The investigation has to be made after getting an explanation from the accused.

68 teams comprising of 503 officers and staff from Karnataka State Anti-Corruption Bureau conducted the search operation in 68 locations belonging to 15 accused government employees at a time.

The details of movable and immovable assets are found are as above. Investigation depends on the explanation from the concerned officials about these assets. The document verification work and information collecting on the value of the assets, the gold ornaments they possessed, other Bank Deposits of the accused government employees is continued.
