In a huge relief to Anand Appugol, the chairman of the Krantiveer Sangolli Rayanna Cooperative Credit Society, Dharwad bench has granted him bail.
Appugol was arrested in Mumbai on September 17 by the police, following a complaint of the cooperative department, stating the bank has cheated depositors to the tune of Rs 250 crores.
The district court had rejected the bail plea but the Hon High court has granted him bail and he could be out of the jail by tomorrow.
In the game, All in the game.
I dont understand the use of word “big relief”. It almost sounds like he is innocent. He owes money to people who did business with his bank. I know many who are from poor background and they are not even sure if their money will be returned.
its a big relief to him for sure
Its true….as an individual yes he is relieved and anyhow how money can be recovered from him by keeping him. “In jail or out of jail Money will never be recovered”.
Is he relieved because he will now come out of jail and first thing he will do is return all money with interest! ROFL!
Lo….Now depositors should forget to recover a single paisa from him and he will still live a luxurious life!!
If he gets out, will he have humanity to give the money back ?
