From January 19 to 25, 2023, the company will showcase its cutting-edge Hybrid Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM) system.
The Hybrid LFAM system is a revolutionary 3D printing technology that combines additive and subtractive manufacturing techniques to produce large-scale, high-quality parts and structures with superior dimensional accuracy and surface finish. This makes it ideal for a wide range of aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing applications.
The Hybrid LFAM approach to part production utilizes a pellet-based extrusion system, allowing for faster speeds and more consistent results than traditional manufacturing. The system is then completed with trimming (post-processing) performed with a CNC head.
The DELTASYS E-FORMING Hybrid LFAM system is an innovative 3D printing technology that offers users a variety of extrusion heads with extrusion volumes ranging from 25kg/hr to 100kg/hr, allowing them to select the perfect head for their product.
