belgaum Women have invaded the work force and proved their mettle. This Women’s day, GDG Belgaum in association with IEEE-GIT WIE  presents a panel discussion on “Breaking the glass ceiling”.

The objective of the proposed panel discussion is to discuss and exchange information related to the present status, problems & needs of working women in engineering/technology industry. The participants are encouraged to actively join in the discussion, share their views, express their opinion about specific problems and also voice their suggestions and ideas. It is highly expected that this panel discussion through the exchange of opinions and stories from different backgrounds will be able to focus on women and their struggles in the business world.
