During the visit of Chief Minister Shri Basavaraj Bommai to Belagavi recently, MLA Belagavi North met him and made an appeal to sanction a special grant for the construction of the model Anubhava Mantap for propagating the principles of Basavanna along with beautification of the circles.
The meeting was concluded at Sambra airport.
He met the chief minister at Sambra Airport and discussed various issues. He also requested for release of special grants to facelift the prominent historical circles of the city.
Benake is of the opinion that the circles such as the Rani Chennamma circle, Sangolli Rayanna Circle, Ashoka Circle have to be beautified.
The chief minister was requested to instruct the urban development department to prepare an action plan for the same.
