A constable was attacked by a bike rider who was riding without a helmet near the Market police station.
As soon as the Constable on duty Chandrakant Nayak clicked a photo of the biker as he was not wearing a helmet to be sent to the Traffic management centre, the biker got angry and attacked and abused the constable.
A case has been registered against Amit Chitragar under IPC 353, 332, 504, 506.
