To streamline the water supply facility in Belagavi city, L&T Company, which is a 24×7 water supply implementing agency, has brought remarkable changes including a water supply schedule, frequency, pressure, quality, online payment, toll-free number-18004255656 facility for resolution of customer complaints and others.

The complaint redressal mechanism has been streamlined:

The operator has established 4 numbers of Customer Service Centres at various locations to address consumers’ complaints.

Apart from this 1 number of CLC-Customer Liaisoning Cells for the Urban consumers to address their genuine concerns about water supply services.

The operator has also started a toll-free number -18004255656, for water supply-related queries and registering complaints, SMS service has also started, wherein the consumer, who has registered a complaint with their respective consumer Tap No along with their mobile number, will get text messages on writing and after resolution of the complaint.

A dedicated Consumer Grievance Software has been implemented for effective & timely closer of all complaints across the city.
