The car in which former Khanapur MLA was traveling along with his family hit a bike in which the bike rider died.
The incident occurred in Raybag police limits where Patil had been to attend a private function.
His innova car hit a bike and the car also toppled.
The bike rider died on the spot as per the reports.
Arvind Patil and his wife both have sustained injuries and are been treated at Vijaya Hospital.
As it appears, a clear uncongested well-surfaced road, Could’nt such an accident have been avoided ???????
