What about if meter is on father name and he is no more.
u have to get it changed untill then u cant apply. Approach the local jana sbehi kendra at the Hescom office. It is a very lengthy procedure

After entering Adhara Number, Name is not fetching automatically or allowing to enter name as per Adhar.
