Two cases of robbery have been reported within a week. The incident took place in Belagavi when the robbers claiming to be police grabbed 50 grams of gold jewelry from an elderly couple who were going for a marriage ceremony near Ganeshpur.
In another case, 20 grams of gold jewelry was stolen from an elderly woman who was on her way to buy milk near SBI Bank in Mahantesh Nagar.
