The ninth edition of the annual International Kite festival organized by Abhay Patil MLA will be held on January 19 to 22 at Malini City on B S Yeddyurappa road (Old PB Road). This festival also sees the annual UMANG youth Festival and Balloon festival.
This year 22 international fliers and 20 national kite fliers are expected to take part in the festival.
Patil said that this event has boosted tourism in the city and also help grow local business.

Kite fliers from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Estonia, Germany, Singapore, Turkey, Malaysia, Italy, Poland and Russia will participate.
