On February 27th, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Belagavi for the inauguration of the redeveloped Belagavi Railway station and will also take part in a grand road show.
He will be participating in various programs organized in the city, which have been approved by the state government and the Prime Minister’s office.
Speaking to the media Abhay Patil has promised that this road show will be an unforgettable experience, with three routes planned to showcase the culture and tradition of the state and the country. The road show will be held on the route permitted by the SPG.
The most likely venue for the public gathering is the CpeD ground or any other viable option. It is expected that the inauguration of the Belagavi Railway station will take place at the same location as the public gathering.
In addition to the road show, Prime Minister Modi will also be inaugurating the Kisan Samman Yojana, Jaljeevan Mission, hospitals, and a railway station.

The ruling BJP has been inviting central leaders to the state ahead of the upcoming assembly elections, which are scheduled to take place in a month. The party has also announced that it will seek votes in the name of Prime Minister Modi.
