PM Narendra Modi’s 27 Feb program in Belagavi is shaping up

On February 27th, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Belagavi to inaugurate various development works and promote new projects. District Incharge Minister Govind Karjol announced in a press conference that the Prime Minister will be inaugurating the redeveloped Belagavi Railway Station and the double-gauge work on the Belagavi-Londa-Ghataprabha route.

Minister Karjol further stated that Prime Minister Modi’s road show will span eight kilometers throughout Belagavi City, and an estimated three lakh people from all over the district will be attending the program. Preparations for the Prime Minister’s visit are underway, with meetings being held with administrative officers, public representatives, and party leaders. Additionally, the special security team will be determining the entire tour program from the point of view of security.

On Thursday, March 2nd, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will be hosting a program in Nandgad.

Minister Govind Karajol urged local representatives and officials to work diligently to ensure the success of the program. He made these remarks after inspecting the preparations at the Malini City Grounds, where the event is scheduled to take place on February 27th.

The Prime Minister will be transferring funds for the Krishi Samman Yojana, Railway Development Project, and Jaljeevan Mission Yojana. Additionally, Bhoomipujan of five multi-village drinking water projects worth Rs 1132 crore in the district will be conducted. Furthermore, the foundation laying and inauguration of various works, including the Belagavi-Dharwad railway, will also be done by him.
