Eight MLAs who were promoted to the rank of the Cabinet ministers took oath at the Karnataka Raj Bhavan at 5:30 pm on Saturday.
Satish Jarkiholi MLA from Yamakanamaradi took an oath and has been sworn in as a minister in the coalition govt.
Ramesh Jarkhiholi younger brother of Satish Jarkiholi who was minister has been dropped from the cabinet by the Congress who had threatened to rebel a few months ago.
