Swami Mokshatmanandaji Maharaj of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Belagavi inaugurated the Lively Library at the Gayatri Complex in Rani Chennamma Nagar’s 2nd stage Belagavi.
The event was graced by ex-Rotary Governor Dr. KG Kulkarni and Ex-Karnataka Government Special Representative Shri Shankargouda Patil. Shri Chandrashekhar Navalgund gave an overview of how the library came into existence and also shed light on the future vision of the NGO – Nivedarpana Dhwani.
On this occasion, Chidambar Navalgund read some of his haiku poems from his book – The Sound Of Healing which was published last month by Yavanika Press. Niranjan Navalgund thanked the book donors and expressed happiness about the endeavor.
The Lively Library boasts a collection of over 3000 books in various languages including English, Kannada, Marathi and Hindi. In addition to the books, the library also features a dedicated study space with fiber internet wifi facilities. Tea and coffee are also available for purchase at the library.
All members of the community are invited to come and make use of the Lively Library’s resources and amenities. We hope that the library will serve as a hub of learning and knowledge for all who visit.
