The Winter session of the Karnataka Legislature will be held at the Suvarna Vidhan Soudha Belagavi from December 13, 2021.
However, the duration of the session is not mentioned.
The session is likely to be up to 23 December.
The Winter Session has not been held in Belagavi since 2018. This time a live broadcast is being arranged.
All the hotels will be booked for the staff and elected representatives from December 10 up to the end, so we presume that up to Dec 24.
If you are planning to visit Belagavi from December 13 to 24, be ready to see the No vacancy board in all the hotels as the district administration has reserved all the available rooms in the city for the legislators and others who will be coming to the city for the winter session of the Karnataka assembly.
Apart from MLAs, there will be ministers, secretaries and other officials coming for the session. Accommodation will also be provided for marshals and drivers.
Accommodation for a few will be arranged in Hubbali as well.
All sorts of steps have been taken to facilitate the session. The session is sure to take place in December. The government will decide the date.
Discussion of issues in North Karnataka will be given priority in this session.
