Winter Session of Karnataka begins at Belgaum

Karnataka Legislature’s winter session began today with both Assembly and Council taking up obituary reference on the demise of Former Prime Minister I K Gujaral. The Assembly also mourned the demise of Shiv Sena Supremo Balasaheb Thackrey, RSS Chief K S Sudarshan,, Union Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh and veteran journalist V N Subbarao.
