Sudarshan Dodmani alias Sudhanshu has been granted bail by the court. So called photographer who shot photos and videos after they drugged and they were almost unconscious has been booked under IPC 292 (A), 354 and sections 3,4 and 6 Indecent representation of women act 1986
Section 292A. Printing etc. of grossly indecent or scurrilous matter or matter intended for blackmail
Section 354. Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty.
