After the Scrutiny of nomination papers, 18 candidates are now the fray for the Belagavi Parliamentary constituency bye elections to be held on April 17.
The Last Date for Withdrawal of candidatures 03.04.2021 (Saturday).
In all 33 had applied (includes multiple nominations) out of which 26 have been approved (includes multiple nominations) and 7 have been rejected (includes multiple nominations).
The final list would be out on Saturday evening after the withdrawal date is over.
In the 2019 General elections 57 candidates were in the fray.
