Lovel Dale, KLE register wins

The first match was played between Love Dale Central School and Dnyan Mandir High School. The first goal of the match was scored by Girish Kangralkar in the 7th minute but unfortunately for Dnyan Mandir they gave in a self-goal to Love Dale in the 9th minute. By the first half of the match, the score was 1 – 1. In the second half, both schools played equally well but Love Dale clearly emerged the stronger team by scoring three more goals by Omkar Benake in the 29th minute, Vishal Chandargi in the 35th minute and Omar Kalkundrikar in the 42nd minute of the match. Dnyan Mandir were able to manage to score a goal by Pradeep Kedari in the 26th minute of the match. Lovel Dale School won the match 4 – 2.

In the second match played by KLE School and Madni School, KLE had clear control of the match through the end. They appeared the dominant team by Vishal Khilari soring 4 goals, Rahul Patil scoring 2 goals and Yash Ammangi & Musharaf Choudhary scoring one goal each. KLE won the match 8 – 0.

In the third and final match of the day, Bharatesh School played against St. Mary’s High School who had a lot of support and cheering from the local crowd. It was a tense and exciting match with no goals scored in the first half. Vishal Gowda of Bharatesh School opened with a double goal score in the 29th and 31st minutes. Even though Bharatesh School had a great score opening, St. Mary’s, with the support and cheers of the local crowd, were able to equalize the score by Rohit Ballari scoring a goal in the 41st minute and Kaushik Patil scoring a goal in the 46th minute. It was great and entertaining end of the day’s matches with the match ending in a draw 2 – 2.

Tomorrow, Saturday, 27th July, the first match at 2:30 PM will be played by Oriental School and Phoenix Public School. The second match at 3:30 PM will be played by Karnataka Daivajnya School and Dnyan Mandir High School. The third match at 4:30 PM will be played by G G Chitnis School and KLE School.
